By May 12, 2022, students, graduates, post-graduates, scientists, lecturers, analysts and diplomats can present their articles and essays to the Contest of young international relations scientists of CIS 2022 named after А. А. Gromyko.

On April 29, 2022, Valery P. Zhuravel and Diana S. Timoshenko, Research Fellows of the Center for Arctic Studies, Department of Country Studies, IE RAS, took part in a meeting of the International Expert Council for Cooperation in the Arctic (IECCA) on the topic "The Arctic region: is it possible to move from confrontation to cooperation?"

On April 27, 2022, Valery P. Zhuravel and Diana S. Timoshenko, Research Fellows at the Center for Arctic Studies, Department of Country Studies, IE RAS, took part in the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Seminar "The WHITE-BLACK SEA: Conceptual elements of Russia’s national idea and its competitive advantages in the twenty-first century".
