Visit of Аl.А. Gromyko to Romania

On October 12-14, 2017, IE RAS Director, RAS Corresponding member Аl.А. Gromyko, with support of Russian embassy, visited Romania by invitation of Craiova University and European foundation Titulescu (prominent Romanian diplomat, who headed twice the League of Nations).

In Bucharest Al.A. Gromyko gave the lecture «The dilemmas of Europe. Future of Russian-Romanian relations». The discussion, with participation of the Russian ambassador to Romania V.I. Kuzmin, was moderated by Head of the foundation Adrian Nastase, former Foreign minister, Prime-Minister and Speaker of Parliament of Romania. In Craiova University Al.A. Gromyko gave the public lecture on current affairs in the EU and the international role of Russia and received the title of the Honorary member of International academy of M. Eminescu.
