«Prevention of the new arms race between Russia and the West»

On May 25, 2017, IE RAS Director, RAS Corresponding member Аl.А. Gromyko took part in the session «Prevention of the new arms race between Russia and the West» of the Working group of «Future of the Greater Europe» project.
The event was organized by Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and European Leaders Network (ELN) to discuss possible threats of the new arms race between Russia and the West, conventional arms non-proliferation control, and means of preventing the arms race.
The meeting was attended by: А.V. Коrtunov, RIAC Director General; Des Browne, former UK Defense minister; Paul Quiles, former France defense minister; Ozdem Sanberk, Director of International Strategic Research Organization, and others.
