The authors analyze Sweden's Arctic Strategy 2026, marking a significant shift in priorities from the sustainable development agenda to the focus on security, economic resilience, and strategic resources. Special attention is given to the integration of the Arctic into Sweden's national and allied security framework and to the expanded role of NATO.
