On February 25, 2024, a single voting day took place in Belarus, during which new members of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, as well as deputies of local councils, were elected. The campaign should be considered in the context of constitutional reform in Belarus, as well as a preparatory stage for political transition, which can happen within 10 years. The authors analyze changes in the party-political system of the Republic of Belarus, the international aspect of elections and reaction of external players in the West and the East.
