Medium business of Bavaria and Russian-German cooperation

On April 13, 2017, IE RAS Deputy Director V.B. Belov, leading scientific associate of Department of economic studies N.V. Govorova and senior scientific associate of Center for German studies N.V. Supyan took part in the round table «The role of medium business in modern economy», organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation Moscow office to the visit of Bavarian delegation of high officials and experts in economy. The participants discussed prerequisites for successful medium business development, its support by the state and the role of international cooperation in its development.
During the official breakfast with the Bavarian delegation before the round table V.B. Belov disclosed the principal directions of economic reforms and stimulation of small and medium enterprises by the state in Russia. Besides, the parties discussed the prospects of scientific cooperation between IE RAS and Hanns Seidel Foundation.

Моrozov («Russian-German relations in the changing world order») and Head of HSE Department of world economy and international politics, Chief counsel of the Head of Russian Government Analytical center, prof. L.М.Grigoriev («Peculiarities of Russia’s overcoming the recession of 2014-2016»).

There was a standing reception for honoring the retiring Head of Hanns Seidel Foundation Moscow office M. Ehm and welcoming the new Head J. Dresel.
