On February 25, 2024, Belarus will have the Single voting day when the new House of Representatives of the National Assembly, as well as deputies of local councils, will be elected. The authors consider the upcoming campaign in the context of the constitutional reform that is taking place in Belarus, as well as a preparatory stage for the political transit, which may take place within the next 10 years.
