International conference in Financial University under the Government of RF

On November 23, 2016, IE RAS Director Al.A. Gromyko took part in the international scientific and practical conference «Is growth possible without «the new normality»? Strategic initiatives of developing economies», held in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation within III International forum «The «new normality» trap».
The event was organized by: Financial University, Russian Institute of Strategic Studies, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies. The conference goal was to evaluate the potential for cooperation in the changing conditions of global economy, determine the principal development problems and find ways of their solution with recommendations for improvement of interstate partnership mechanism.
The forum was attended by: Financial University President М.А. Eskindarov, Russian Finance Minister А.G. Siluanov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Market А.G. Аksakov, President of RUIE А.N. Shokhin, Russian President Advisor S.Y. Glaziev, Nobel Prize Winner in Economics Angus Stuart, as well as representatives of international organizations, scientific and expert society of Russia and abroad.
