International conference in IE RAS

On June 14, 2017, IE RAS Department of Black and Mediterranean sea studies held international conference «Black sea cooperation as regional economic organization. Major stages, special features and prospect», attributed to the 25th anniversary of the Organization of Black sea economic cooperation.
The honorary guest of the conference, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey in Moscow Hüseyin Diriöz, opened the conference and named the Organization a unique platform for meetings and negotiations, with Turkey and Russia playing the leading roles.
