Lecture in Bordeaux University

On October 13, 2016, leading scientific associate of IE RAS Department of social and political studies S.M. Fedorov and Head of IE RAS Center for British studies E.V. Ananieva presented the lecture «Russian State Duma elections 2016 and prospects of political process in Russia» at the Faculty of Political science of Bordeaux University.
The main topics of the lecture were: changes in electoral system, election campaign, election progress and results, positive and negative sides of the election process, comparative analysis of parliamentary elections in France and UK. Students demonstrated their sincere interest, having asked a lot of questions and wished to make the cooperation between Bordeaux University and IE RAS regular.
The lecture was organized by the EU project «European identity, cultural diversity and political change». IE RAS associates would like to thank Caroline Dufy, project coordinator, Bordeaux University.
