  T.N. Stepashina has been working at the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1994 as a junior research fellow and is the editor of the journal "Contemporary Europe." T.N. Stepashina is distinguished by her diligence and enormous work capacity. She has independently carried out a large amount of work on the technical preparation and publication of the journal "Contemporary Europe" since its inception. Since its inception in 2000, 135 issues have been published.
  
  
  Since September 1, 2016, she has been the secretary of the appeals commission (order dated August 15, 2016).
  
  
  She attended a meeting of the Presidium of the Arctic Academy of Sciences and was accepted as a member of the Academy. The meeting took place on June 21, 2019. Gromyko Foreign Policy Research Association, "On the 110th Anniversary of Andrei Andreevich Gromyko," which took place on December 11, 2019.
