On October 5, 2017, IE RAS associates V.B. Belov, Е.V. Romanova, N.V. Supyan and А.К. Ivanova took part in the round table «Importance of start-ups for Russian and German economies», organized by Hanns Seidel Foundation affiliate in Russia.
The introductory speech of the affiliate’s head Y. Dresel «Start-ups as the innovation driver of economy, the example of Bavaria» was followed by E. Huber – deputy of the Bavarian landtag, Chairman of Committee on economy, mass media, infrastructure, construction, transportation, energy and technology. А. Коstrov, executive director of the Foundation to promote venture investments in small R&D enterprises in Moscow, spoke on the role of start-ups in Moscow.
