Berlin format: Donbass of Syria?

On October 19, 2016, Head of IE RAS Center for Ukrainian Studies Victor Mironenko took part in Mikhail Sokolov's broadcast «Berlin format: Donbass of Syria?» (Radio Svoboda).
On October 19, in Berlin, the first meeting of the leaders of France, Germany, Ukraine and Russia in 2016 took place. Many experts saw it as a new attempt of the West to end the military confrontation in Donbass. The chances that the solution would be found in Berlin, along with Victor Mironenko, were discussed by political scientist Andrey Okara, Supreme Rada deputy Mustafa Naem and Radio Svoboda correspondent Yuri Vexler.
