To the 55th anniversary of the Institute of Latin America RAS

On May 16, 2016, in the conference hall of the Department of global problems and international relations RAS (DGPIR) international conference «New Realities of Modern Economic, Political and Cultural Development of Iberoamerica», devoted to the 55th anniversary of the Institute of Latin America RAS, was held.
Ceremonial part of the meeting heard the speeches of ILA Director, Corresponding member RAS V.М. Davydov, IMEMO Director, Academician-Secretary DGPIR А.А. Dynkin, deputy Russian Foreign Minister S.А. Ryabkov.
In his speech IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko stipulated the outstanding role of ILA RAS in studying the enormous space of Iberoamerica and the Caribbean, in expert support of the Russian foreign policy. On behalf of IE RAS Аl.А. Gromyko presented congratulatory address to V.М. Davydov.
