UK visit of Al.А. Gromyko

In March 2017 IE RAS Director, RAS Corresponding member Аl.А. Gromyko visited UK to take part in a series of leading expert discussions on the current state of international relations set forth by Brexit and D. Trump's election as the US President.
On March 1-3, Аl.А. Gromyko took part in the conference «The future of a liberal international order: trends and challenges towards 2030», organized by Wilton Park – Foreign Office agency.
On March 6, in Oxford University Al.A. Gromyko delivered the lecture «Brexit and its aftermath: a perspective from Russia» by invitation of the Centre of Russian and Eurasian studies of Saint Antony’s College (Head of the Centre – prominent British expert in Russian studies Prof. Roy Allison).
Аl.А. Gromyko visited Wolfson College, established in 1965 by Isaiah Berlin, world famous philosopher. In the course of meeting with the College faculty it was agreed that Wolfson College Professor Christopher Davis would deliver a speech at IE RAS Academic Council on March 13.
