On November 9, 2021, Аl.А. Gromyko, IE RAS Director, opened the expert session «Russian-Belorussian relations in 2021: Union programs, new challenges and directions of integration».

On November 8, 2021, IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko gave a speech at XXVI Potsdam meetings, held in Moscow under the patronage of German Foreign Minister H. Mааs and Russian Foreign Minister S.V. Lavrov.

On October 28-29, 2021, IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko presented the report «Russia and Europe, Russian in Europe» at the Euroseminar with participation of Pugwash committees and active members from more than 10 European countries.

On October 27-29, 2021, IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko (online) and Deputy IE RAS Director, Head of Department of Country studies and Center for German studies V.B. Belov in Radebeul (FRG) took part in XII German-Russian Forum of the future, organized by Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

On October 20, 2021, Deputy IE RAS Director R.N. Lunkin delivered a report on global trends in religion and identity at the Academic council meeting of the Federal Center of Theoretical and Applied Sociology RAS.

On October 19, 2021, Deputy IE RAS Director, Head of Department of Country studies and Center for German studies V.B. Belov took part in German-Russian conference «Day of Entrepreneur», organized by the «Economic club Russia».

On October 18, 2021, IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko and Deputy IE RAS Director, Head of Department of Country studies and Center for German studies V.B. Belov took part in the round table «Results of elections in Russia and Germany and the future of Russian-German relations», organized by Russian Foreign Affairs Council along with Hanns Saidel Foundation in Moscow.

On October 12-14, 2021, the international forum «The Space of Eurasia» was held in Moscow with support of the Russian Presidential Grant Fund. 

On October 13, 2021, IE RAS Director Аl.А. Gromyko delivered a speech at the section «75 years of the Victory over fascism. Results of Yalta-Potsdam international relations system formation» within IV Global forum of young diplomats «The Diplomacy of Victory».
